At SilkSilky UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your silk items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our UK processing facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned silk, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
